Optionality workshop

Our charter was to create a workshop structure with posters, materials and take away booklets in less than 20 days. I was chosen for the project due to my out of the box thinking and natural systems thinking orientation. 

Posters

For this project, large scale posters were an integral aspect of the workshop learning. Posters were 72’ by 36” affording communication of each business unit for improved understanding and workshop effectiveness.

Workshop

We designed activities for participants based on business objectives. The theme of “Connect the Dots” referred to our goal of facilitating silo breakdowns to the goal of corporate understanding and overall unity.

Take away

To supplement workshop learnings, we created a set of booklets for take away for all participants to review material covered and contribute to future strategic conversations.
